Color Disposable Contacts

Color Disposable Contacts are a fantastic, unique way to enhance your eye color or even change eye color completely. So, how exactly do color disposable contacts work?

Color disposable contacts work the same way as normal disposable contacts. Disposable contacts have recently gained popularity and are actually the most common type of worn contact today. Disposable contacts typically have to be replaced at least every two weeks or more frequently. At this point, disposable contacts are considered to be healthier to some due to the fact that they are changed more often than other contact types. Even if you do not actually need contact lenses to correct you vision, but want to alter your eye color, disposable contacts are available in Plano form in a large array of colors.

Different Color Tints:
There are a few different types of color disposable contacts that have varying effects on your eye color:

Enhancement tint:  An enhancement tip is designed to simply enhance, and not change eye color. With this contact, eye color will become more intense. This tint is typically if you have light colored eyes.

Color tint:  A color tint will actually change the color of your eyes. If you have dark eyes and are looking to change your eye color, color tint lenses are recommended. Many colors are available including: green, blue, brown, gray, hazel, violet, and amethyst.

If you are looking for out of the box eye colors, there are tints available that allow your eyes to glow in the dark, be red, or even cat like.

Do I need a prescription?
